Tommy Cunningham convinces a cynical Fallon to experience a new side of life, just for one night. Except One night, turns into three months, and Fallon does the unexpected. She moves to Nashville, for him.

Fate has other plans however and their love story turns into a nightmare when Tommy leaves for tour and ends up breaking the only promise that ever mattered to Fallon. Instead of supporting him through his dark secret, she leaves and never looks back.

Two years later, Fallon is convinced she's healed her broken heart and outrun the ghosts from her past, but when she unexpectedly sees Tommy again, she's proven wrong and makes a crucial mistake at work with a drug-seeking patient.

Fallon will lose her medical license and job if she can't move beyond the trauma of her past. Luckily, Tommy proposes a solution that benefits them both and has the potential to help heal the drug crisis in Nashville.
